Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the red curry paste and coconut milk.
- Thread the prawns, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers.
