Ingredients

  • 1 package round dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dumplings in half, and press the edges to seal.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
