Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sambal oelek
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sambal oelek and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the wok and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
