Refresco De Chicha (chicha Refreshment)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cooked rice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooked rice and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any remaining rice solids.
  3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate the chicha for at least 2 hours to chill.
