Ingredients
- 500g fermented wheat noodles (ashlyamfu)
- 2 cups plain yogurt

- 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the fermented wheat noodles (ashlyamfu) in a large bowl.
- Add the plain yogurt and mix well until the noodles are coated evenly.
- Top the ashlyamfu and yogurt mixture with sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced onion.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and add salt to taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
