Refreshing Ashlyamfu with Yogurt (Ашлямфу с йогуртом)

Ingredients

  • 500g fermented wheat noodles (ashlyamfu)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the fermented wheat noodles (ashlyamfu) in a large bowl.
  2. Add the plain yogurt and mix well until the noodles are coated evenly.
  3. Top the ashlyamfu and yogurt mixture with sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced onion.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and add salt to taste.
  5. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
