Ingredients

  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved. This will make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, and the remaining 5 cups of water. Stir well.
