Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 24 round wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrot, scallions, cilantro, ginger, soy sauce, and Caribbean jerk seasoning.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the potstickers in the skillet in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Pour in the water, cover, and let the potstickers steam for about 5 minutes, or until the water has evaporated.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
