Reggae Potstickers

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 24 round wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrot, scallions, cilantro, ginger, soy sauce, and Caribbean jerk seasoning.
- Place a small spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the potstickers in the skillet in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Pour in the water, cover, and let the potstickers steam for about 5 minutes, or until the water has evaporated.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
