Reggae Wontons

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the wontons from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
