Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the wontons from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
