Ingredients
- 1 lb ground reindeer meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground reindeer meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and allspice until well combined. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the lingonberry jam, beef broth, and lingonberry preserves. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
