Reindeer Roulade

Ingredients
- 1 pound reindeer meat, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the reindeer slices flat and spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each slice.
- Roll up the slices and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the roulades on all sides.
- Transfer the roulades to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
