Ingredients

  • 1 pound reindeer meat, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the reindeer slices flat and spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each slice.
  4. Roll up the slices and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the roulades on all sides.
  6. Transfer the roulades to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
