Ingredients
- 4 thin beef steaks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices of Serrano ham
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of Serrano ham on each steak, then top with a spoonful of the onion, garlic, and bell pepper mixture.
- Roll up the steaks and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the roulades on all sides.
- Add the white wine and beef broth to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the toothpicks and slice the roulades before serving.
