Ingredients

  • 4 thin beef steaks

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Place a slice of Serrano ham on each steak, then top with a spoonful of the onion, garlic, and bell pepper mixture.
  3. Roll up the steaks and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the roulades on all sides.
  5. Add the white wine and beef broth to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Remove the toothpicks and slice the roulades before serving.
