Rhapsodie Orientale (oriental Rhapsody)

Ingredients

  • 200g of tofu
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup of cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sauté the tofu until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and soy sauce. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the tofu to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and serve hot.
