Ingredients
- 750ml Rheingau Riesling wine

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 packet powdered gelatin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the Riesling wine, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the wine mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Once bloomed, gently heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve the Rheingau Riesling Gelee chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
