Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Rheinhessen wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Season the turkey with salt and pepper, inside and out.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the Rheinhessen wine, chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and fresh rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
