Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the rhubarb and granulated sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes to macerate.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
