Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and green pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the rice, cumin, and oregano to the pot. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
