Ingredients

- 1 cup small pasta (such as elbows or shells)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 tomatoes, diced

- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
