Ingredients

- 1 cup jaggery

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with water to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into dumplings.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice dumplings. Cook until they float to the surface.
- In another pot, combine the grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder. Cook on low heat until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup.
- Add the cooked rice dumplings to the coconut syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
