Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, cumin seeds, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them into thin round discs using your hands.
  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and place the flattened dough discs on it.
  5. Cook the rice flatbread on both sides until golden brown, adding a little oil around the edges.
  6. Serve hot with chutney, pickle, or yogurt.
