Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup jaggery (or sugar for a sweeter taste)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with water to form a smooth dough.
- In another bowl, mix the grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder to make the filling.
- Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the edges to form a dumpling and seal it properly.
- Steam the dumplings in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
