Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/2 cup grated coconut

- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated coconut, chopped onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually and mix to form a smooth batter with a pouring consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the bottom is golden and crispy.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the rice flour pancakes hot with chutney or curry of your choice.
