Ingredients

- 3 tomatoes, diced

- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
