Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Riesling wine
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

  3. Gradually add the Riesling wine and vegetable oil while continuing to beat the mixture.
