Ingredients
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
