Riz Frit Aux Crevettes (fried Rice With Shrimp)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet, then add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked rice, frozen vegetables, and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  6. Finally, add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir until everything is heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
