Roast Beef Sliders

Roast Beef Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the cheese and beef.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the beef and cheese.
  7. In another small bowl, mix the melted butter with any remaining mayonnaise mixture.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
