Roast Beef Sliders
These roast beef sliders are perfect for a quick and delicious meal or party appetizer. The tender roast beef and melted cheese are sandwiched between soft slider buns, making them a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 12 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the cheese and beef.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the beef and cheese.
- In another small bowl, mix the melted butter with any remaining mayonnaise mixture.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
