Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the kid goat in a roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  4. Rub the marinade all over the kid goat, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  5. Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  6. Roast the kid goat for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Once done, remove the foil and let the kid goat rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
