Ingredients
- 1 lb roast pork, shredded
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Boil the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded roast pork and mixed vegetables, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetable mixture, and toss to combine.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the pan, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
