Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted gram flour (sattu)
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons jaggery or sugar
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine roasted gram flour, jaggery or sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and grated ginger.
- Gradually add cold water while whisking to make a smooth mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Before serving, stir the mixture well and pour into glasses over ice cubes.
