Ingredients

- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, carom seeds, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix roasted gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt. This will be the stuffing for the flatbread.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a small disc and place a portion of the stuffing in the center. Bring the edges together and seal the stuffing inside the dough. Roll it out into a flatbread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the stuffed flatbread with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
- For the spicy potatoes, heat oil in a pan, add the mashed potatoes, and sauté with garam masala, salt, and a splash of water until the potatoes are coated with the spices.
