Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork belly
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
- Rub the pork belly with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, making sure to get the seasoning into the scores.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and water. Pour the mixture over the pork belly.
- Place the pork belly on a wire rack in a roasting pan, skin side up.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
