Ingredients
- 4 large red bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and broil, turning occasionally, until the skin is charred and blistered.
- Transfer the roasted peppers to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let them steam for 10 minutes, then peel off the skin and remove the seeds.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
