Ingredients

  • 4 bull testicles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Remove the tough outer skin from the bull testicles and slice them into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge the bull testicle slices in the flour mixture, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 375°F (190°C). Fry the coated testicle slices for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fried testicles from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
