Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
