Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) beef, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
