Ingredients

  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 300ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cheese, onions, salt, and sugar.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
