Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 250g unsalted butter
- 250g feta cheese
- 250g cottage cheese
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix until the dough can be formed into a ball.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out one part to fit the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the feta cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and black pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over the dough in the baking dish.
- Roll out the second part of the dough and place it over the cheese mixture. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
