Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
