Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, and sparkling water until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into finger-sized rolls.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the mici for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
