Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork ribs
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500ml chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
  3. Season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the pot. Sear the ribs on all sides until they are browned.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage, bay leaves, and broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is tender and the cabbage is cooked.
