Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Gradually add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, feta cheese, eggs, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
