Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, feta cheese, eggs, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
- Pour the cheese filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow the tart to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
