Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

- Stuff the bell peppers with the rice and beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a large pot and pour the broth over them.

- Serve the stuffed peppers in bowls, ladle the broth over them, and garnish with chopped parsley.
