Romanian Stuffed Bell Peppers Soup (Ciorbă de Ardei Umpluţi)

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup rice

Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
