Ingredients
- 2 eggplants, roasted and peeled
- 3 red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Roast the eggplants and red bell peppers until the skin is charred. Let them cool, then peel and chop them.
