Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup strong brewed rooibos tea
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, combine the brewed rooibos tea, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the mixture reduces and thickens slightly.
