Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 rookworst sausages, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 6 slices Gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on the cut sides of the slider buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.
  3. In a separate skillet, heat the sliced rookworst sausages until they are browned and heated through.
  4. Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
