Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef cubes with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, vinegar, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook on medium heat until the beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the beef is cooked and the masala is thick, remove from heat.
