Rosemary Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, warm water, rosemary, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the top of the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle with additional chopped rosemary.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
