Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup minced chicken
- 1/2 cup minced beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

- Place the coated sandwiches in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Slice each Roti John in half diagonally and serve hot.
