Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water and knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the roti bread on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Set aside.
