Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, about 4 lbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the rotisserie to medium-high heat.

- Rub the marinade all over the chicken, including under the skin and inside the cavity.
- Place the chicken on the rotisserie skewer and secure it in place.
- Cook the chicken on the rotisserie for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
