Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, about 4 lbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the rotisserie to medium-high heat.

  3. Rub the marinade all over the chicken, including under the skin and inside the cavity.
  4. Place the chicken on the rotisserie skewer and secure it in place.
  5. Cook the chicken on the rotisserie for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
