Ingredients
- 4 slices of beef (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced

- 8 dill pickles

- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place a slice of beef on a flat surface and spread 1 tablespoon of mustard over it.
- Place 2 slices of onion and 2 pickles on top of the beef slice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the beef slice and secure it with a slice of bacon.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef rolls on all sides.
- Pour in the beef broth, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
