Ingredients

  • 8 dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of beef on a flat surface and spread 1 tablespoon of mustard over it.
  2. Place 2 slices of onion and 2 pickles on top of the beef slice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up the beef slice and secure it with a slice of bacon.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef rolls on all sides.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
